Seeking a Financial Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making in a hybrid work environment in Mumbai. The role involves preparing reports, analyzing financial metrics, supporting budgeting and forecasting, building financial models, and presenting insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial metrics
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models and dashboards
- Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with business teams to understand financial drivers
- Support investment analysis, business cases, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2-5 years experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements and analysis
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
- Ability to analyze large datasets and extract insights
- Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
